(B) The Secretary shall provide the surviving spouse or the dependent with a written statement that the payment was made for the purpose of providing a living-estate for the veteran. This statement shall include: (i) the current living expenses that are attributable to the disability of the veteran and that the surviving spouse or the dependent is unable to pay; (ii) the amount or range of amounts that would be considered adequate benefits to the surviving spouse and the dependent were the surviving spouse or the dependent living with a dependent partner covered by the veteran's full pension under title 37 and the veteran were eligible for a living-estate under section 1344 of title 38; and (iii) if the veteran becomes eligible for a living-estate under section 1344 of title 38, section 1346 of title 37, or section 1441(b)(1)(B) of title 42, the amount under those titles that would be considered adequate benefits to the surviving spouse, the dependent, and the surviving spouse's or dependent's dependents.
